Reading the ledger

Pulling every income and expense line from the Zoho ledger and the Xero history, applying the allocation rules, building the client-level detail, and running the reconciliation checks. The first load reads the full Xero tab and can take up to a minute; after that the history is cached in this browser and loads are quick. Refresh re-reads everything.
